Choose

1. Visit your Z-Center to find the “Shop” tab and select “My Smart Subscribe.”

2. Click the “+New Smart Subscribe Order” button.

3. Select and add your products.

Update

1. Update your shipping address and billing information directly from the “My Smart Subscribe” tab in your Z-Center.

2. Feel free to make changes to your upcoming products and flavor selections too!

Manage

1. Know what to expect. Calculate your shipping costs and track your package from the “My Smart Subscribe” tab in your Z-Center.

2. Change dates, skip or cancel your Smart Subscribe order anytime, with just a simple click.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

Is shipping included with my Smart Subscribe order?

Shipping, handling and tax is calculated separately. Depending on the size of your order, shipping costs are calculated using several factors including the box dimension size, weight of your order and the destination zone your order is being shipped to. In addition to the shipping charge, every order includes a handling charge in order to process your order at our warehouses.

You may view your Smart Subscribe shipping and tax costs in the order detail section of the “My Smart Subscribe” tab.

How do I change my shipping method in my Z-Center if I already have a Smart Subscribe order?

  1. Log in to your Z-Center.
  2. Click on “Shop” then “My Smart Subscribe.”
  3. Click on the right-hand side where your city and state are listed (in the grey area).
  4. Click and adjust your shipping method on the last drop-down option.
  5. Click “Ship to This Address” to ensure your changes are made. It is important that you change your shipping method prior to your order going out. Once the order is processed the shipping method cannot be changed for that order.
  6. If you already have a second address on file it will be displayed. If you wish to use that address simply click the “Ship to This Address” If you want to change any of the displayed information, just edit the fields and then click the “Ship to This Address” button.

How do I change the products that I’ve already selected in my Smart Subscribe order?

  1. Log in to your Z-Center.
  2. Click on “Shop” then “My Smart Subscribe.”
  3. Click the X to delete your current choice.
  4. Click the + to make a new choice or add another product so you have more than one item in your order.
  5. Click “Save.”

Consultants, please remember you can only have one Wellness Pak in your Smart Subscribe order. If you want additional products, choose them from the Zeal, Transformation System, Performance or Merchandise tabs rather than the Wellness Paks tab.

How do I update my billing information?

  1. Log in to your Z-Center.
  2. Click on “Shop” then “My Smart Subscribe.”
  3. Click on the current payment method.
  4. A drop-down list of auto-saved payment methods will appear or click “Change Billing Information” to make new changes.

Can I have more than one Smart Subscribe order?

Yes. The system does allow you to have more than one Smart Subscribe order so you can purchase products spread throughout the month. The price of the new Smart Subscribe will be charged to your current credit card on file the morning after you add the new information.

  1. Log in to your Z-Center.
  2. Click on “Shop” then “My Smart Subscribe.”
  3. Click the "+New Smart Subscribe Order” button in the upper right and complete the information.

How do I skip or cancel my Smart Subscribe order?

  1. Log in to your Z-Center.
  2. Click on “Shop” then “My Smart Subscribe.”
  3. Click the red “Cancel My Smart Subscribe” button.
  4. Choose the green “Skip” button or “Cancel My Smart Subscribe” button.
