Mark Jarvis, President, Co-founder and Co-CEO

Mark Jarvis enjoyed a prosperous 26-year career in direct sales marketing with national companies including Ameriplan, Reliv Nutritional Products, Primerica Financial Services and Amway. His longevity and success in the direct sales industry demonstrate his visionary leadership in building high-performance teams and developing new business leaders for increased sales and organizational growth.

Tracy Jarvis, Co-founder

Prior to founding Zurvita with her husband Mark, Mrs. Jarvis enjoyed a highly successful career as an Independent Representative and field leader at AmeriPlan. Her recruiting tactics and leadership abilities helped propel her to a seven-figure a year earner. (Million dollar a year earner) Mrs. Jarvis plays a pivotal role in the operations of Zurvita as well as driving the sales efforts of the Zurvita Independent Consultants.

Jay Shafer, Co-CEO

Jay Shafer brings a wealth of experience to his role as Zurvita co-CEO. His impressive career includes nine years with Protective Marketing Enterprises, Inc., where he served as vice president, business development and as chief executive officer. Prior to that, he was vice president of the financial services division of John Harland Company.

Kirby Wright, VP Marketing

Kirby Wright has more than 20 years of executive level business, sales and marketing experience in network sales organizations. Before joining Zurvita, he was director of operations at Earnware Corporation, a provider of contact management solutions for network marketing organizations, and director of business development at Knowlagent, Inc., a provider of eLearning/CRM solutions.

Kirby joined his first network marketing company, Reliv, in 1989, where he was among the top five producers for five years and was promoted to vice president of sales. He reached the highest level in other network marketing companies including Xango, Legacy for Life and Ignite and consulted with an array of companies in the network marketing industry. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.

Brent Goodwin, VP Operations

Mr. Goodwin has enjoyed a 14 year career in the Network Marketing industry. He served as a Corporate Sales Director and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AmeriPlan from 1997-2009. Previous to that, he served as Client Service Manager at Ford Dealer Computer Services from 1994-1996. Mr. Goodwin holds a B.B.A. in Professional Sales from Harding University.
